Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Australia (Domestic)

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days 
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for regional areas.

International

Standard International: 7–14 business days
Express International: 10 business days

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 AUD within Australia when you sign up to our newsletter.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. carrier delays, weather, customs processing).

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
