Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7 flat rate shipping to Australia. We usually take 1 day to process and ship your order. If you order on a weekend, it will be shipped on the next following business day.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within 10km of Suffolk Park. 

Deliveries are made from 12-5pm on M-F. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

We offer $5 local delivery for orders within 20km of Suffolk Park

Deliveries are made from 12-5pm on M-F. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for a $20 flat rate. We estimate it will take 6-28 days, not including any delays due to COVID-19

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. El Dingo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days domestically, or 28 days internationally, of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@eldingo.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
